Privacy Policy

This page is maintained by Scenixa Labs to answer common privacy questions about Scenixa (the "Service"), including the open-source open-api-mt5 Python package and the hosted enterprise layer.
1. What we collect
- Website usage. Basic request metadata (IP, user agent, page) to operate and secure the site.
- Contact submissions. Name, email, company (enterprise), and message content when you submit the contact or feature-request form.
- Enterprise accounts. Only the information you provide to us during onboarding and ongoing support.
- MT5 credentials. The open-source SDK runs on your own infrastructure. Broker credentials never leave your machine and are not transmitted to Scenixa.
2. How we use it
- To respond to your inquiries and provide the Service.
- To secure, debug, and improve the Service.
- To send operational messages related to enterprise agreements.
We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service (for example, email delivery and hosting) and when required by law. These providers process data on our behalf under written terms.
4. Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to respond and for a reasonable period afterward for support history. Enterprise records are retained for the duration of the agreement and as required by applicable law.
5. Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided by contacting us. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
6. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect information under our control. See our Security page for details on the controls we operate.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above.
