Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Scenixa website and enterprise services (the "Service"), operated by Scenixa Labs. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. The open-source open-api-mt5 package is separately licensed under its open-source license and is not covered by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable law and not to:

• Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the enterprise Service without written permission.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Use the Service to violate the terms of any broker or trading venue you connect to.

2. Accounts

For enterprise features you may receive credentials. You are responsible for keeping those credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Trading disclaimer

Scenixa is developer tooling. It does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice. Trading foreign exchange, contracts for difference, and other leveraged instruments carries substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for any orders you place through the Service and for compliance with the rules of your broker, exchange, and jurisdiction.

4. Third parties

Scenixa is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by MetaQuotes Ltd. MetaTrader and MT5 are trademarks of MetaQuotes. Broker names referenced on the site belong to their respective owners.

5. Intellectual property

The website, brand, and enterprise Service are owned by Scenixa Labs. The open-source SDK is provided under its own license, which controls for that code.

6. Warranty and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Scenixa Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or trading losses arising out of your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
